The Proponent is to include the following work that represents a base Proposal: New water treatment building, including doors, foundations, and concrete clearwell; Installation of vendor-supplied ultra-filtration equipment (UF skids, feed tanks, clean-inplace system, ancillary and support equipment); Removal of the old intake pumps and installation of new submersible intake pumps; Treated water distribution pumps, piping, and appurtenances; Sodium hypochlorite dosing system 370m of new 150mm diameter watermain, tie-ins to the TNRD's existing system, and appurtenances; External backwash water pump station and forcemain to the wastewater treatment plant; Miscellaneous process piping, instruments and controls, and ancillary items; Related HVAC equipment; Related electrical equipment, controls, and instrumentation; Gravel access driveway, site grading, shallow storm infrastructure, and ditching; All others items as shown on the attached Drawings.
