The Rush-Henrietta Central School District, New York is required to comply with New York State's public bidding and prevailing wage rate laws, to advertise for public bid repair, maintenance, and other public work contracts, and is required to incorporate prevailing wage schedules in any such contracts which may involve the employment of laborers, workmen or mechanics. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the contract bid and Modifications after execution of the agreement.
