Requests for interpretation, information, or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to LaBella Associates and Watchdog Building Partners. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the contract bid and Modifications after execution of the agreement.
