RFI Deadline September 6, 2024 at 12:00 PM You are invited to bid on the scope of work within your area of expertise. Dinkins Construction LLC is one of the Construction Managers for Marion County and has been assigned to the oversight and management of this project. This project generally consists of a new interior build out of an existing shell space for the Marion County Judicial Center 4th Floor. The Interior build out shall consist of a new courtroom, grand jury room and various conference rooms and office spaces. Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing will be utilized in this space. All proposals must be on the provided form and include the complete cost of all labor, materials, shipping, tax, equipment, and customary inclusions, to provide the full scope of the trade and a complete project. Proposals will be subject to review by Marion County and Dinkins Construction, and the final selection will be based on your experience with similar projects. This open invitation to subcontractors is to establish a subcontractor team suitable for this project delivery. Time is of the essence. Subcontractors will be selected based upon qualifications and experience and the CM reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Sealed bids will be accepted until the date and time indicated within this invitation to bid. All bids must be mailed, or hand delivered prior to the deadline to the Marion County Procurement office. For either process, vendors may attend, however may not ask questions of the Staff, or discuss any aspect of the offer.
