The construction of the Abingdon Drainage Improvements Phase II - Park St. in the Town of Abingdon, VA. The project consists of a double 10x4 precast stormwater box culvert, stormwater pipe, pedestrian bridge, water main relocation, stream grading, roadway pavement repair and markings, sanitary sewer, concrete curb, permanent stabilization, and associated appurtenances. The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with procedure (i) of Section 2.2 - 4330 of the Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Document Noyes : Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM4:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at: Abingdon Town Hall, 133 W. Main Street, Abingdon, VA 24210; Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Bid Notes : Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding Documents also may be examined at: Abingdon Town Hall, 133 W. Main Street, Abingdon, VA 24210; Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the Issuing Office upon nonrefundable payment of $200 for each 22 x 34 set, $100 for each 11 x 17 set, or an electronic copy free of charge by contacting the issuing office.
