Questions Due Date and Time: September 6, 2024 All questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Procurement Officer at least five (5) days prior to the Proposal due date. Email kevin.lambros@maryland.gov. The Department of General Services (DGS or the Department) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) for electrical work and related services for multiple construction projects. The objective is to select on-call contractors to provide all labor and materials for projects on a fixed price basis. The anticipated duration of services to be provided under this Contract is five (5) years with two (2) one (1) year renewals. The Department intends to make multiple awards per region as a result of this solicitation. See Section 1.15 for more information. The State will award Indefinite Quantity Contracts in four (4) regions. The four regions are: Central, Eastern, Southern and Western. See Section 3.2.1.for more information on regions. Offerors may offer proposals in one, multiple, or all regions and may be considered for award in multiple regions.
