The Contractor shall design, acquire, install, integrate, test and deliver an AFI 31-101 and Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) Capability Development Document (CDD) compliant alarms and assessment system which will provide automatic display upon alarm activation and will be available for manual request by the operator. It will also include a Video Storage System (VSS) that will show a minimum of three to five seconds of pre and post alarm video for each alarm to assist in determining the cause of the alarm.
