PSTA is currently in the design phase of our new Clearwater multimodal transit center which will replace the old Park St. terminal in Clearwater. The desired outcome of this RFI is to gather information for retail concessionaire space at the new location. Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 10:00 AM ET The information received in response to this RFI will help determine how to incorporate the desig of concessionaire retail space. Retail concessionaires are strongly encouraged to respond to this RFI. This is not a solicitation for quotations, bids, or proposals. No contract award will result from this RFI. PSTA may contact Respondents, at its sole discretion, for additional information. The PSTA shall not be obligated to contact any respondent, to purchase goods or services related to this RFI. Response to this RFI is not mandatory to be considered for any future solicitation for a retail concessionaire. The PSTA will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to proceed with a solicitation following the RFI. PSTA assumes no liability for the failure of respondents to obtain and respond to any such solicitation
