The work to be performed under this contract includes: Veterans Memorial Field Plazas: Removal of existing plaza, landscaping, and utilities, new plaza areas including hardscape elements, water feature and mechanical equipment, new lighting, new artificial turf areas, new wet and dry utilities, new landscape vegetation and trees, and a new pavilion. Confluence Park Plaza: Removal of existing turf, landscaping, and utilities, new plaza areas including hardscape elements, new landscaping, new park furnishings, new wet and dry utilities, and new pavilion. The City of Issaquah reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of all schedules. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days.
