Exterior: LSWP Power wash the second story north side of the house. Paint the facia on the east side of the house. Paint trim around east door. Touch up paint on the window trim and sills on the south side of the house. Exterior: Install new insulated steel pre hung doors to the back door and side door. Exterior: LSWP Install new gutters with concrete splash blocks. Exterior: LSWP Replace deteriorated wood windows on the house with single hung double pane vinyl replacements including basement windows Interior: LSWP Prep, Prime, and Paint basement stairway walls and door jamb between stairs and kitchen. Interior Electrical: Install new electrical panel per code requirements with a minimum of 150 Amp service. Any existing panels may be used as junction boxes. Remove Knob and Tube wiring in the basement. Secure any loose fixtures or recepts. All major appliances need to be on their own dedicated circuits. Make sure all recepts, lights and switches are working as designed and have covers. All Recepts within six feet of water source must have GFCI protection. Exterior: Clean out gutters and install gutter covers. Exterior: Trim trees back away from the house. Trim around the base of trees to clean up the trunk. Interior Electrical: Secure any loose fixtures or recepts. Make sure all recepts, lights and switches are working as designed and have covers. All Recepts within six feet of water source must have GFCI protection. (Kitchen and laundry room) Radon: Install a radon mitigation system in the basement. Mechanical: Install in-line fan in attic above the room near the garage. Suspend the fan from the rafters/trusses, then duct it to the ceiling and install a ceiling register. Then use R-8 4" insulated duct to vent out roof with new roof vent damper. Approx 10 ft of duct needed. Install dial switch for the fan and set at 76 CFM continuous.
