The existing medians will be improved with a variety of decorative landscape rock, river boulders and drought-tolerant plants. The plants will be irrigated manually for the first one to three years only. Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to construct the work required under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed.
