The intent of this bid request is to obtain offers to perform the work to furnish and install all work for the Logan County Administration Building - REBID. Direct question in writing to Riley Johnston via e-mail at: estimating@timberlakeconstruction.com Interior renovation of an existing 1-story 17,000sf building. Requesting bids for packages below: 6A - Millwork 7A - Roofing 8A - Hollow Metal Doors, Frames, & Hardware (Material Only) 8B - Glass & Glazing 9A - Metal Framing, Drywall, & Ceilings 9B - Flooring 10A - Specialties 10B - Signage 22A - Plumbing 23A - HVAC 26A - Electrical Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount if the bid is over $50,000.00 (material vendors not required). Subcontractors shall include a Performance Bond, Material and Labor Payment Bonds, statutory and maintenance bond in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bonds shall be furnished by the successful bidder on contracts in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). No bond is required for material vendors Your bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. All contract work must be fully complete within 10 days of Notice to Proceed The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids.
