The County of Solano, Department of General Services, hereinafter referred to as the "County", intends to secure a contract with a qualified Proposer to provide on call tree maintenance and certified arborist services as specified in the scope of work. Question Submission Deadline: September 2, 2024, 5:00pm. County's Responses to Questions: September 6, 2024. The Contractor's prime responsibility will be to integrate innovative and progressive elements of high landscape tree trimming standards, as well as the objectives as set forth in this specification. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, and special skills and required licensing. Contractors shall possess a D-49 California State Contractors license required to perform the landscape tree trimming as set forth in this specification and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and performance. Right of Rejection: The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to cancel this RFP in part or in its entirety. The County reserves the right to waive any variances in proposals provided such action is in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to amend this RFP at any time. The County also reserves the right to cancel or reissue the RFP at its sole discretion.
