Reference Number 0000360628 Job Location: City of Lone Tree The City of Lone Tree is seeking to replace the existing 72 SMFO cable along Lincoln Avenue from Park Meadows Dr to Havana St. This will include removing approximately 4,600 lf. of the existing cable and pulling 4,800 lf. 72 SMFO cable, including a new pull tape and #14 AWG solid tracer wire. This work will also include approximately 324 fusion splices, installation of 5 12 port gator patches, 4 splice enclosures, and testing of fiber after installation. This project will also include the installation of approximately 1,000 lf. SMFO cable along Acres Green Dr from Parkway Dr to County Line Rd. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the Bid Deadline. The City reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. All Bidders agree that damage or claim shall not be brought by any Bidder because of rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejections.
