City of Leadwood (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of a new water treatment plant and new well houses. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new package radionuclide water treatment facility and two new CMU well houses with all necessary equipment, piping, electrical and SCADA systems, as well as all other work prescribed in the supplemental design drawings and specifications necessary to make the systems complete and useable. Prospective bidders not registered as a plan holder through the designated website or through Taylor Engineering will not be considered eligible to bid on this project. If a bidder isn't on one of those lists, then their bid will not be opened. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. ***Document Note: Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a a non-refundable fee of $250.00 for as complete paper copy. Bidding Documents cost does not include shipping charges.
