This intersection is the crossing of the two primary arterials in the heart of Downtown. Major intersection improvements include installation of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, ped ramps, regional trail/bike lane, median, asphalt/concrete paving, turn lanes, streetscape, traffic signal, storm pipe, railroad crossings, building demolition, and utility relocations/coordination. This is a unit price federal-aid project with a 7% DBE goal. The Town of Mead reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 30 days after the time set for opening Bids.
