CR Number: 2112777 The Remedial Action involves the implementation of remedial activities at the Katzman Recycling Site, located at 24 County Route 26, Granville, New York. The remedial activities include, but are not necessarily limited to: removal of asbestos containing material and debris; excavation of PCB contaminated and RCRA Hazardous material and debris; excavation dewatering; water handling, treatment, and discharge; loading, transport, and off-Site disposal of excavated material and debris; backfilling; and Site restoration. Proposals will be accepted only from bidders who attend the Pre-Bid Conference. All proposals must be made on the official proposal form(s) which will be provided by the Department at the Pre-Bid Conference. Each proposal must be accompanied by a deposit or a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of Proposer's bid amount. Minority-, Women-, and Service-Disabled Veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids in response to this solicitation.
