The County of Onslow is seeking qualified consulting firms to construct a single-track mountain bike trail within the N.A. Burton Industrial Park located in Onslow County The project is expected to consist of three phases. The first phase will consist of an evaluation of the proposed trail design and conducting a site analysis to confirm the trail layout. The second phase will be construction of the single-track trail; the third phase will be the construction of an elevated crossing across Big Branch Creek. Firms providing responses shall be licensed and responsible for complying with North Carolina laws, regulations, and local ordinances. The County of Onslow reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all responses to the Request for Qualifications, and to accept any responses which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Onslow County. Acknowledgment and the ability of the firm to obtain a Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the project amount, if requested by the County.
