Description: Bids will be received for the proposed work which generally consists of removal and replacement of sidewalk and related miscellaneous items and work. The work also consists of new 5" thick concrete panels, adjacent to other hard pavements. Additional Description: Approximately 9000 SF of concrete flatwork and 200 LF of shaving. Contractor shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations or methods mentioned or scheduled on the drawings or herein specified: including all labor, supervision, equipment, incidentals, taxes and permits necessary to complete the Work as described within the Contract Documents. Contractor shall install all items provided by Owner as mentioned or scheduled on the drawings or herein specified. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
