The Community of Hope staff worked with the Public Works Architectural Management Program in developing this project. c. The intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit proposals for authorization of a single Contract for general construction services for the project. the City of Las Cruces has appropriated funds to undertake the construction of the Mesilla Valley Community of Hope Building#3 Renovation Scope of Work a. MVCOH - Mesilla Valley Community of Hope Building#3 Renovation project is located at 999 W Amador Ave, Las Cruces, New Mexico. The project is to demolish existing interior space and construct new interior modifications. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Interior demolition and remodel. 2. Architectural including framing, cabinets, countertops, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, interior wall finishes, floor finishes, ceilings and other architectural components and systems as indicated on the drawings and in the specification. 3. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, equipment and other components.
