Reference Number 0000363349 The Onslow County Schools is looking for qualified vendors to replace existing roofs on the 400 building and media center at White Oak High School. Please see additional information below: Removal of existing EPDM single ply membrane, existing metal trim down to existing insulation and fiberboard (if any) and the recovering of roof with new , 1/2 " gypsum core boards with fiberglass facer mat (DensDeck Prime Roof boards by Georgia Pacific, or equivalent and a new 60 mil, reinforced, smooth white, fully adhered TPO membrane roofing system with 20 year NDL manufacturer's warranty. Contractor is responsible for the legal disposal of all debris. The existing insulation and roof deck shall remain in place. All products and/or services rendered by the vendor must meet all requirements of this invitation and be completely satisfactory to using agencies. NO Proposal Bonds or Performance Bonds will be required for this project as the Terms and Conditions might require. Insurance certificates are required as the Terms and Conditions require.
