Project Estimate: Current estimate for work is approximately two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000). Schedule: Work is scheduled to start January 2025 and shall be completed by May 2025. D. The general project scope of work consists of the following. Reference plan sheets and specifications for full requirements. 1. Existing Conditions: a. The existing fire alarm system is old and parts are obsolete. Existing Antenna Transceiver and Monaco system is in fair conditions. The fire alarm system is fed from a dedicated panelboard. 2. Project Requirements: a. The project consists of replacing the existing fire alarm system and associated devices with new Fire Alarm/Mass Notification system. The design shall conform to the guard Unified Facility Criteria (UFC). UFC 3-600-01 Fire Protection Engineering for Facilities with Change 6 and UFC 4-021-01 Mass Notification System with Change 1. Additional Local Operator Consoles will be provided as well as Power Extenders.
