Wakulla County Emergency Operations Center, 15 Oak Street, Crawfordville, Fl 32327 and Consists of Construction of a State-of-the-art Emergency Operations Center for Wakulla County. At Approximately 8,640 Gsf of Conditioned Space and a 672 S.f. Mechanical Yard. The Stand-alone Center is to Serve Emergency Operations Personnel and First Responders During Severe Weather Events and Catastrophic Events. The Construction Budget (Including Site Development) is $7.25 Million. The Selected Certified General Contracting Firm Will Provide General Contracting Services for the Complete Construction for the Referenced Project. Project Consists of Any Work That May Be Reasonably Inferred From the Construction Documents and Specifications as Being Required to Produce the Intended Result and Construction of the Stated Building. The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities in Any Bid; Reject Any or All Proposals, in Whole or in Part; Re-bid a Project, in Whole or in Part; and to Accept a Proposal That in Its Judgment is the Lowest and Best Bid of a Responsible Bidder. In Accepting a Bid, Wakulla County May Award a Contract Based Only on the Base Bid, the Base Bid Plus All Alternates, or the Base Bid Plus Any Alternates Which Wakulla County Selects -- With All Decisions Being Made Based Upon What Wakulla County Believes to Be the Best Interests of Its Ratepayers, in the Reasonable Exercise of Its Discretion. Wakulla County Further Reserves the Right to Increase or Decrease Quantities as May Be Required to Meet the Needs of Wakulla County, at the Unit Price Which Was Bid.
