Question Deadline 10/03/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Queries about the project and the request for proposals should be addressed to: Mr. Ricardo Martinez Martinez Architects, LP 900 Rockmead Dr, Suite 250 Houston, Texas 77339 Phone: 281-800-1023 Email: ricardom@martinez-architects.com The project will consist of the renovation of the single-story structure and a Mezzanine level of the existing fire station, approximately 10,581 square feet, which is housing fire housing, offices, living, sleeping, work and vehicle storage areas. The undersigned agrees that the amounts bid in this Bid Proposal will not be withdrawn or modified for Ninety (90) Days following date of Bid Proposal opening, or such longer period as may be agreed to in writing by the Fort Bend County ESD No. 4 and the Bidder. The Proposer shall secure and submit with Bid Proposal Form a Bid Bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder is required to enter into the Standard Form of Agreement (AIA Document 201) and furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred (100) Percent of the Contract Price, along with all required insurance in the stated amounts within Ten (10) Days of the Notice of Award. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, all references to "day(s)" shall mean calendar day(s) The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. Proposals not submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal requirements shall not be scored or considered. No late submissions shall be considered.
