Call 989-725-0551 to arrange to field inspection. General Requirements - Insurance Required No work shall be performed until a notice to proceed is issued. Contract end date shall be June 30, 2025. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 2500 $ - Performance Bond 50000 $ -- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond for a sum of not less than $2,500 and shall be made payable to the city of Owosso. This amount shall be forfeited in the case of failure on the part of the successful bidder to sign a contract and furnish satisfactory bonds as required within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after the acceptance of the bid by the city of Owosso. *The city reserves the right to accept any proposal; or to reject any proposal; to waive irregularities in a proposal; or to negotiate if it appears to be in the best interest of the city of Owosso. The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of opening. A bid valid for a shorter period may be rejected by the city of Owosso. During the bid validity period, the bidder shall maintain its original bid without any change to the proposed unit prices.
