This project will replace the existing fire alarm control panels and building transponders with current, supported technology. This includes, but is not limited to, control and annunciator panels, building transponders, and incompatible devices. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. The Iowa Board of Regents seeks to provide opportunities for Targeted Small Businesses in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 73 of the Code of Iowa. This project has a participation goal of 10% for certified Targeted Small Businesses as specified in the Project Requirements.
