See attached Amendment to Solicitation 36C10D24Q0266_0001 and corresponding documentation posted on August 29, 2024. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the 19th Floor Server Room HVAC Replacement project at the Winston Salem, North Carolina, Veterans Affairs Regional Office (VARO). This project shall be performed and completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 238220 with a small business size standard of $19 million. The subject line of any RFI e-mail correspondence for this project must read as follows: '19th Floor Server Room HVAC Replacement (318) - Requests for Information'. The submission due date and time for receipt of RFIs is Tuesday, August 27, 2024 by 3:00 pm EST. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance for this project will be thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) that includes the performance and completion of all services incorporated in this Statement of Work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
