Aeration improvements, rehabilitation of an existing treatment unit, conversion of a chlorine disinfection basin to UV, and other related appurtenances. Estimate: $3,100,000.00. Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to award the Bid using best value Competitive Sealed Bidding under Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter C, and waive informalities in bidding. All Bids received after the Bid closing time designated herein above will be returned unopened. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for eighty-five (85) calendar days after the return of the Bid Opening.
