The 3 span steel girder bridge has span lengths of 32, 40, and 32 for a length of 104, with a proposed clear roadway of 36. Project includes removal of existing concrete bridge superstructure, rehabilitation of the bridge substructure, 0.17 miles of approach roadway work, storm water management, placement of new traffic barriers, signing, and installation of permanent pavement striping. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained with a temporary traffic signal. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00. The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
