Installation of Replacement Windows at 30 Dwelling Units (6 Buildings). No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held. a Certified Check or Bank Draft, Payable to the Housing Authority, U. S. Government Bonds, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Surety (the Bid Bond Shall Be From a Company Which is on the U. S. Treasury Department List, as an Approved Surety Company) in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay All Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds, Workers Compensation and Vehicle Liability. The Bonds Shall Be From a Company Which is on the U. S. Treasury Department List. The Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding.
