Construction - Baker ES Whole Site Modernization - Contract Number LB25-0164-08-00-G1 Thirty (30) months construction beginning November 13, 2024 Future construction estimate is $25,066,005 million B. Preconstruction - Baker ES Photovoltaic - Contract Number LB25-0164-08-00-P1 Four (4) months preconstruction services with construction beginning March 26, 2025 Future construction estimate is $1,509,136 million C. Bids will be reviewed and evaluated for completeness of scope coverage and awarded to the subcontractor who is deemed to be the best value for the project as a whole. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. No subcontractor may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
