CSI Geo Project No.: 71-24-448-07 Ardurra Project No.: 100562.09.05 The scope of work for this project shall include the design, permitting, construction, and testing of one (1) circular, 65-foot inside diameter, 0.28 MG (nominal volume; 0.25 MG useable) wire wrapped pre-stressed concrete potable water storage tank with a galvanized steel diaphragm including vent(s), hatch, manway, guardrails, aluminum exterior ladder, FRP interior ladder, gravity ventilator, precast overflow(s), and other accessories as described herein. Install all piping, fittings, and appurtenances within the perimeter of the tank and extending to connect to the influent and effluent pipe connection points, as shown in the supplied site layout. The scope of work also includes a wall core of the existing 100,000-gallon pre-stressed concrete GST and the installation of a new 8" ductile iron fill pipe. Connection points and pipe elevations shall be field verified the Design-Build Firm.
