The RFP seeks competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide ACHD Facilities is seeking for Custodial services for all ACHD Office locations Contractors must perform the following Scope of Work, which is intended to serve as minimum guideline for the performance of the Custodial Services requested. Mandatory participation in the Pre-Submission Meeting and Proposal Workshop is mandatory, prospective respondents are required to attend as it will be the only opportunity, aside from written inquiry and/or clarification requests, to obtain important information concerning this procurement and the only opportunity to be a "Responsive Proposal Submission". Missing the mandatory Pre-Submission Meeting and Proposal Workshop, Respondents will be deemed "Non-Responsive." All questions or clarifications concerning this Request for Proposal (RFP) or the content and requirements of the RFP Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Respondents shall submit all inquiries regarding this Proposal via the ACHD eProcurement Portal. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the ACHD eProcurement Portal. Bidders may also click "Follow" on this Solicitation to receive an email notification when answers are posted. It is the responsibility of the respondent to check the website for answers to inquiries and addenda. ACHD will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 4:30 pm on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the cost proposal submitted. ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of submission.
