The work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as replacing eleven (11) motorized skylights--nine (9) 6'x 4' units and two (2) 4' x 4' units--with new stationary units in Pod C of the Ada County Jail, located at 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, ID 83704. The current skylights provide smoke evacuation during fire and security events. With the installation of the new stationary units, smoke evacuation will be controlled through two (2) air handling units and both fire alarms and security controls will interface with a Yamas Building Automation System and Yamas Controls, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the "Project").
