All questions or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents or the Work shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer The Site is Located at Northern Water Pollution Control Facility (Nwpcf) 255 Mantoloking Road, Brick, Nj and Central Water Pollution Control Facility (Cwpcf) 501 Hickory Lane, Bayville, Nj. Bid Security- in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 40a:11-21, Each Bid Shall Enclose Bid Security, as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders, in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bidder's Bid, but Not in Excess of $20,000. **Document Notes: If a Check is Mailed, Please Direct It to the Attention of the Engineering and Construction Department. Provide the Name of the Individual at the Firm That is Requesting the Bidding Documents to Whom All Correspondence Generated During the Bid Period May Be Addressed (I.e. Item No. 6 Below).
