for all work required to reconstruct ten (10) existing paved alleys for the purpose of repairing existing damaged pavement and/or base. Work includes: demolition and removal of designated areas of asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, and curbing; installation of new base, pavement, curbing, and valley gutters as recorded in construction plans in accordance with proposed grades shown to ensure positive drainage; application of painted and thermoplastic pavement striping and markings, and all associated work as required in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents. A 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. 100% Performance and Payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder.
