Instructions for site visit on 30 August 2024 at 2 PM can be found in section 00 21 00 of the solicitation. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project PSXE242020 Repair TEC Fitness Area, at the 134th Air Refueling Wing, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN. Work shall be performed in accordance w ith (IAW) the plans and specifications. This project is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is betw een $500,000 and $1,000,000. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. See Section 00 21 00 for location and date. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available. Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government w ill consider only price and price related factors. The government intends to aw ard w ithout discussions. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received NOT LATER THAN the fifth working day prior to bid opening. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS EARLY IN THIS PROCESS. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
