Summary The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Road & Bridge Division, is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the B-19 Canal Box Culvert project in Port Orange, Florida. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Bidders shall bid on all items in order to be considered responsive.
