EDT Anticipated Date of Short-Listing Notice(s) October 23, 2024 Anticipated Date of Notice of Intent to Award November 6, 2024 Questions or comments regarding this solicitation document or the process shall be forwarded, in writing, to Ms. Tonya A. Stroud, Senior Buyer, and Mr. Matt Pettit, Director of Procurement, 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. Email addresses are: tstroud@greenville.k12.sc.us and mjpettit@greenville.k12.sc.us. Inquiries and comments shall be delivered to the Procurement Department no later than October 2, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. EDT. Verbal questions/comments shall not be addressed at any time. Vendors shall submit Bid Security in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Base Bid Agreement with their proposal response. The Bid Security must be in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check payable to The School District of Greenville County. No personal checks, company checks or cash will be accepted. Bid Security shall be submitted with the bid or the bid may be considered nonresponsive and not subject to an award. The successful CM shall provide the SDGC Facilities Department Project Manager with Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded GMP. This project will begin after issuance of a purchase order and Notice to Proceed, with a Substantial Completion Date of July 27, 2025.
