Contractor shall furnish and install miscellaneous furnishings including 6 Transit Benches, 8 Stackable Wood Picnic Tables, 6 ADA Stackable Wood Picnic Tables, grills, trash & recycle receptacles, bike rack and message board kiosk. See construction plans for kiosk details. The County intends to select a contractor to provide construction of park improvements to include fencing, parking area with ADA accessible parking, sidewalks, two-pole shelter structures, picnic tables with ADA seating, grills, benches, two playground areas, landscaping and signage. Question Submission Deadline: September 4, 2024, 5:00pm If specified above, a copy of the bid bond or certified cashiers check payable to the Board of County Commissioners equal to 5% of the total bid must be uploaded in as part of the bid submittal. For bids (including contingency amounts) of $200,000.00 or more, a performance and payment bond of 100% of the contract or work assignment amount shall be required. All work to be performed under the provisions of this Contract shall be completed to Substantial Completion in not more than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days.
