Construct one 36' x 77' walk-out concrete FEMA-rated safe structure for the University of Kentucky Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment at the Lake Cumberland 4-H Camp. Stamped engineered drawings, specifications, and geotechnical survey are being provided by the University. Building to be located on the Lake Cumberland 4H Camp in Nancy, KY. The address is 17575 Hwy. 196, Nancy, KY 42544 The time for Substantial Completion for all phases shall be two hundred ten (210) consecutive calendar days and Final Completion shall be twenty-one (21) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions. The University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
