The project program areas include: Secure perimeter, Intake and Sallyport, Medical and Clinical areas, Administrative Areas, Central Control, Housing and Educational areas, Common area and Gymnasium. Construction is non-combustible, occupancy group is IBC type I-3. Project will be developed on approximately 7.5 acres adjacent to Hampstead Hospital and will require coordination with Hampstead Hospital continual operations during construction.
