Contractor agrees to provide all necessary personnel, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, and insurance to package and remove Hazardous Waste from the grounds of SDC. Removal services are on an as-needed basis. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW) for a complete description of services to be provided The term of this Agreement will be for 6 1/2 months with the option to amend to add one (1) additional year, add funds, and increase or decrease services as deemed necessary by SDC. The rates on Attachment 4-Cost Worksheet, will not change as a result of any amendment to this Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated by SDC with thirty (30) days' written notice to the Contractor. Notice of Intent to Award September 25, 2024 Proposed Award Date October 3, 2024 SDC reserves the right to cancel this IFB without cause at any time prior to award.
