Install (6) 48" Owner furnished gas heaters utilizing factory supplied hardware in three bays of the outdoor patio area off the central dining room (the three existing bays that have shade fabric/screens). The heaters are 'Dayton' Patio Heaters, Model Number 21MK93 (34,000 btu/H Natural Gas). Product Manuel is attached. Natural Gas is to be extended from the existing Landry Room (stub out for a future dryer see attached reference plan) to the patio area. Pipe routing is to be concealed above the lay-in T-Bar ceiling and below the roof structure. The piping is to be cored through the Patio North CMU wall at approximately the height of the bottom of the trellis beam/structure. Contractor to provide a ball valve shut off at POC to existing gas piping (within 24" of the POC. Alternate A - Electrical Scope: Electrical power is to be extended from the existing electrical panel in the Kitchen Hallway (The backside of the Central Kitchen's east wall - see attached plan) to the patio area. Conduit routing is to be concealed above the lay-in T-Bar ceiling and below the roof structure. The Conduit is to be cored through the Patio North CMU wall at approximately the height of the bottom of the trellis beam/structure. All Work shall be designed and constructed in conformance with the latest adopted codes and standards by the State of Nevada. HEATER INSTALLATION Installation of the Patio Heaters shall be per the manufacturer's Installation Manual (attached). Contractor shall verify that all clearances to combustible and non-combustible materials are met - assume the worstcase scenario that the heaters may be used in an angled configuration (30 degrees from horizontal). Mount the factory supplied brackets to the bottom of the existing HSS tube steel trellis beams. Provide 4 tech screws each bracket with pre-drilled holes per the tech screw manufacturer's recommendations. QUESTIONS.
