In accordance with Idaho Statute Section 67-2805(1), the Community Library Network will accept sealed bids for the project titled Harrison Library Improvements, to construct an ADA accessible ramp, framed entrance canopy and the installation of a french drainage system. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished and must be signed by the bidder with their name and mailing address. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least 30 days. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check drawn on an Idaho bank in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid made payable to the Community Library Network. The bidder, in the event of failure to sign the contract or furnish the necessary 100% performance bond and the necessary 100% payment bond, will forfeit this surety. The Board of Trustees for Community Library Network reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities which do not affect the essential fairness of the bidding process, to make awards in the interest of the Community Library Network, and to accept the bid deemed best overall for the Community Library Network. An Idaho Public Works License is required. Bidders shall be licensed at the time of award in the State of Idaho in accordance with provisions of an act known as "Public Works Contractors State License Law", Section 54-1904 Idaho Code. The term, "Public Works Contractor" includes contractor, sub-contractor or specialty contractor, regardless of the dollar value involved.
