Exterior improvements are to remove the existing brick posts, vinyl fencing, and installing new concrete pad in the same control joint pattern as the existing concrete slab. Bonds: 5% Bid bond; 100% performance and payment bonds. Time of Completion: 250 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $200 dollars per calendar day. Retainage: In making payments, there shall be retained five percent (5%) of the estimated amount until final completion and acceptance of the contract work. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, & incidentals necessary to perform work as detailed in the project manual and drawings as prepared by Dewberry (attached). Unless otherwise specified, all formal bids submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) calendar days following bid-opening date.
