A Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount and a Labor and Materials Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required by the City from the bidder to whom the contract is awarded within ten (10) days after notice of award of the contract.
