University is accepting competitive sealed proposals for a maintenance and repair contract, pursuant to Sec. 51.783, Texas Education Code, in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFP. This RFP provide sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by University. Respondents are cautioned to read the information contained in the RFP carefully and to submit a complete response to all requirements and questions as directed.
