University is accepting competitive sealed proposals for a maintenance and repair contract, pursuant to Sec. 51.783, Texas Education Code, in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFP. This RFP provide sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by University. Respondents are cautioned to read the information contained in the RFP carefully and to submit a complete response to all requirements and questions as directed. Interested parties may direct all questions or concerns regarding this RFP to the following University Contact ("University Contact"). Questions concerning the RFP must be submitted through the Q&A board of the sourcing event portal no later than the time and date specified on the cover page of this document. In the interest of transparency, only written questions will be accepted. Responses to questions will be posted in the Request for Proposal webpage located through sourcing director at online All vendors, including State of Texas certified Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs), MUST submit an HSP with their proposal. Failure to correctly complete and return the HSP form will result in disqualification of the vendor's proposal from consideration for award.
