Renovation in addition to existing Recreation Pavilion. An MWBE/SDVBE participation goal of 15% MBE, 15% WBE and 6% SDVBE of the contract amount is required. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations Bidders must document any Certified MWBEs they intend to use for the work in Paragraph 11 of Section 00300 Bid Form (or in an attachment thereto). The Town of Constable is an Equal Opportunity employer and encourages MWBEs to participate in the Bid process. This is a NYS prevailing wage rate project. The Town of Constable reserves the right to consider all bids for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, during which period bids shall not be withdrawn, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, and to award the Contract in the Owner's best interest. Work shall commence no later than 15th September 2024. The date of substantial completion for the work shall be no later than 15th December 2024.
