Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated to be $11 million to $12.2 Million for Base Bid. This project consists of interior and exterior seismic upgrades which includes, but is not limited to, the addition of concrete shear walls and footings, steel bracing, concrete footing expansions and micropiles. Deconstruction and reconstruction of walls and staircases, relocation of interior doors and walls. Moving and relocating interior services including plumbing, electrical equipment, communications equipment, and HVAC equipment. Restroom fixture upgrades and restroom tile work to accommodate seismic upgrades. Complete Exterior Soffit replacement on the entire building, Roof repairs and replacement related to seismic upgrades. Exterior landscape repair and replacement affected by work described above and ADA compliance upgrades as required by local jurisdiction / *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
