Question Deadline 08/27/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services The Contract work area includes those areas described as "MAINTAINED LANDSCAPING" upon maps and individual locations included in the Tables and Exhibit(s) Section. The City's "CFD 15 Area" landscape section to be maintained under the contract includes approximately 150,919.00 square feet of landscaped area (irrigation, mulch, shrubs, plants, trees). All proposals must be made on the proposal forms provided by the Purchasing Manager and must be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) in the form of a Cashier's or Certified Check, an irrevocable letter of credit, a certificate of deposit, or a bidder's bond of a corporate surety, authorized by the California Insurance Commissioner to do business in the State of California, payable and acceptable to the City of Fresno. All deposits will be held until a Contract has been executed with the successful Proposer or all proposals have been rejected. Copies of Proposal Deposits may be submitted electronically, with the exception of a certified or cashier's check, which must be brought to the Purchasing Manager's office prior to the bid opening and labeled accordingly with proposal number.
